Pippa helps individuals and couples to find a way through any difficulties they may be facing in their relationships. She provides effective, practical, evidence-based interventions that give couples the tools to feel empowered in creating the relationship they really want. She supports couples in working through a range of issues arising in their relationships including infidelity, trust issues, difficulty with communication and conflict, life transitions, parenting, and in making big choices about relationships and working through separations where necessary.

Pippa provides a non-judgemental, empathic and caring environment for individuals and couples. She helps couples to enhance satisfaction, intimacy and trust, build tolerance for each other’s differences and improve communication.
Couples often get stuck in negative patterns, Pippa works with her clients to help change their behaviours and create more positive bonding patterns, to reduce conflict and help create a closer connection. Pippa works with her clients to put down their defences and be vulnerable with each other to create a more secure emotional bond. She encourages her couples to acknowledge that good relationships don’t just happen and do take work, that by having the difficult conversations and allowing themselves to be seen, they can transform their relationships.
Pippa can also work with a sexual focus, she helps clients to become more aware of their intimacy needs and assists them to overcome their sexual concerns in a safe, confidential environment.

Pippa is a qualified Relationship Counsellor, professionally trained with Relate, the UK’s largest provider of relationship support. She works as a Relate Practitioner for Relate Jersey (currently via zoom) for individuals and couples, as well as privately in Perth. Pippa is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists. She is also a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Pippa ensures that she follows the code of ethics of these professional body’s, which exists to safeguard the interests of clients and the reputation of practitioners.

Pippa also worked for Samaritans, offering face to face, telephone, and email support to those who were struggling and having suicidal thoughts.

Pippa gained a BA (Hons) and went onto have a career for a decade in the hospitality industry, where she was the Manager of The Roof Gardens Club, Kensington, London, owned by Sir Richard Branson. She believes this career has given her life experiences, which have been valuable for her counselling.

Pippa ensures that she continues her professional development by attending relevant training courses and seminars. She has monthly supervision and is fully insured.
